Way To Success (WTS) is a social enterprise built for Nepalis working abroad. Money, documents, skills and rights — in one place, in your own language.
Way To Success is a social enterprise working for Nepali migrant workers. Financial literacy, digital skills, IPO and share-market support, legal documentation and rights awareness — in Nepal and for Nepalis in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Qatar and more than fifty other countries. We are not an embassy or a government office; we are a private facilitation company, and we say so on every service.
Rajendra Paudel was himself a worker in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Abroad, people earn more than ever before, and too many friends still go home empty-handed — not for lack of effort, but for lack of a plan. A bank account that works from abroad, a passport renewed in time, a pension that was never registered: nobody was answering those questions.
To answer them, he and Sangita started with a Facebook page, and in 2018 built the organisation that solves those problems. Today that organisation has become a movement.

From Syangja, Rajendra is a returnee migrant worker who worked in Saudi Arabia and the UAE before founding Way To Success in 2018. More than twenty years across sales, radio broadcasting, digital content and advocacy. He has built a community of over 1.2 million Nepali workers on YouTube, Facebook and TikTok, and speaks six languages: Nepali, Hindi, English, Urdu, Arabic and Bengali.

Sangita is the co-founder and CEO of Way To Success. From the Kathmandu office she leads day-to-day operations, the team and strategic direction. As a family finance educator she helps families build healthy money habits, talk openly about money at home, and plan for the long term.
